A team of Sunday drivers...
1. We have a laugh but be respectful of each other and encourage improvement and growth as friends.
2. We always keep an eye on each others balls off the tee to minimise ball loss.
3. We search for balls for maximum of 4 minutes.
4. Lost balls are lost balls. If you think there is a chance you won't find it off the tee, you should take a provisional 3rd off the tee.
5. If you lose a ball and haven't got a provisional, it is a two shot penalty, one for the stroke and one for the distance. This is different to going in a hazard when it is not deemed lost, but unplayable in a hazard, which is a one stroke penalty.
6. Re-stressing, these rules are not to be Anal McGavins, but to have a consistent approach to measure our improvement against. We want to improve as a group and make our golf more and more enjoyable to share with our friends.
